Favorite president in your lifetime?
In the time you've been alive (which will obviously differ from member to member), who has been your favorite president? Why? Were you old enough to vote for them at the time? Did you vote for them? What did or didn't they do that makes them your favorite?

RE: Favorite president in your lifetime?
I'm probably going to get blasted for saying this, but I think I'd pick Bill Clinton. I am a liberal at heart and I liked the way the country was going when he was in office. I voted for him twice. His zipper problem didn't bother me, because I figured that was between him and Hilary, having nothing to do with his duties. Of course, Ken Starr would say otherwise. I don't agree with everything he did, but at least his heart was in the right place.

RE: Favorite president in your lifetime?
Interesting question as I wasnt old enough to vote for any president in my lifetime. That means that this election (2008) I will be able to vote. I can't say I have a favorite president during my lifetime as I was to young for the most part to understand it all.

RE: Favorite president in your lifetime?
I have been a live for Bush, Clinton, then W. Bush.
My favourite president of the three is W. Bush because I believe he has done the right things. He may be criticized a lot but what he has done are with good intentions. |
